Blissful Sunday!! Spring is so shut I can style it and I’m fairly positive we’re all thrilled! Let’s get busy prepping for the week and determining what we’re going to EAT!
Sunday – Chicken Enchiladas Verdes is the secret tonight! Works our completely as I’ll chow down on leftovers for just a few days this week for lunches!

Monday – Miso Marinated Black Cod! Such a simple meal to organize and completely freaking delish. Jogs my memory of the previous non-public chef days after we’d make it weekly as a result of everybody was obsessed! Thanks for the inspo Nobu!

Tuesday – Chicken Tawook Quinoa Bowls! Certainly one of my favourite meals of all instances.

Wednesday – Pea Prosciutto Spring Pizza with a Green Monster Side Salad as a result of PIZZA NIGHT and spring is coming! I really feel it!!

Thursday – we’re going with my go-to Kale Salad with Salmon! It’s priceless. Really among the finest dinner salads ever created! You’re welcome

Friday – Linguini with Clams as a result of I dream about this on the common! It’s a kind of 15 minute meals and you’ll’t go fallacious. Sub in mussels for the clams if that’s extra your factor. Or ditch the shellfish totally and do some shrimp or hen!

And for some make forward breakfast gadgets this week – I made Homemade Granola Bars and I’ll serve ’em up with a little bit of greek yogurt!
